Request HBOM, SBOM, model/data licences and configuration revision. Keep brand, headquarters, assembly, component origin, chip fab, firmware authority and cloud region in separate fields.

Versions, freshness and uncertainty

Rules and procurement should be reviewed weekly; vendor material monthly. This release flags overdue records but has no scheduled updater. Public data excludes RFQs and personal information.
