When to obtain legal and customs review
- Fix exporter, destination, end use, end user, exact model and revision.
- Collect complete ratings and classification evidence; missing values stay unknown.
- Authorized legal/customs reviewers check current lists and licence obligations before transaction decisions.
- Recheck around 18 November. A calendar change does not automatically verify legal status.
