Ceramic Fiber Stones are manufactured using special fiber filaments. Widely used for removing EDM grains and machining marks,
thanks to its flexibility, Ceramic Fiber Stones are ideal choice for polishing deep and narrow rib, slots, grooves & engravings which
are difficult to polish using conventional abrasive stones. When used with Ultrasonic polishing machines and air lapper, our stones
help in very fast stock removal. For manual applications, special stone holders are available. Use PLASSTEZE Stoning Oil to
enhance performance. Ceramic Fiber Stones cuts only through its tip and is normally held at 5-45° to the surface to be polished.

This tools perform a more aggressive cutting action than any other
abrasive tool, thanks to its flexibility and to the spacing between

Some tips to improve your mould polishing
Pre-machine as fine as possible
Cleanliness is most important. Keep your polishing area away from grinding dust and chips. All it takes is one particle
of grinding dust to ruin your finish
Separate your stones. Do not mix up stones and diamond polishing sticks of various grits. Keep different grit of stones
in separate boxes
Maintain constant hand pressure while using polishing machines and other hand tools while polishing.
Keep the surface well lubricated by stoning oil when polishing with stones and diamonds
Avoid high speed of polishing machines when polishing large surfaces
